As the Lunar New Year is approaching, Shanghai is ramping up its festival atmosphere. To celebrate the New Year, parterres in the city are being decorated too. Three municipal core areas including People Square, the Bund and Lujiazui have refreshed their seasonal plant landscape, as well as added traditional elements like Chinese knots, paper cutting and couplets.
