Russian plane crashes with 71 people onboard

A Russian plane carrying 71 people onboard crashed in the Moscow region after taking off from Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport, local media reported.



The An-148 aircraft operated by Saratov Airlines reportedly had 65 passengers and 6 crew members onboard.


Sputnik News cited a source saying that it crashed near the village of Argunovo, likely killing all people onboard.


The aircraft was detected from air, but rescuers have not reached the scene yet, reports said.
