Here in China, absolutely every part of the animal can be made into a delicacy that will make your mouth water. Even the most steak-and-potatoes kind of guy can get behind some tasty duck neck, and you’d be hard pressed to turn down a plate of chicken feet, but there comes a time where you just think that Chinese chefs are double-daring you into trying new things.
