Doctors and nurses at the hospice bear a heavy burden. They have the responsibility to make the last days of their charges as comfortable as possible. Trying to give the patients any shred of dignity is hard when they have lost the ability to care for themselves.


Despite all that, it is still a rewarding job, as these people know that if they give their all, they have made the lives of their elderly patients significantly better in their most difficult and painful part of their lives.
